Leccy Industry Services (ABN 55 414 875 711) (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website, in line with the Australian Privacy Principles where they apply to us.
What we collect
When you submit an enquiry or register interest, we collect the details you provide: your name, business name (if any), email address, phone number, job location, service details, preferred dates, a description of the work and any photos or documents you choose to upload.
We do not use advertising trackers on this website. Our hosting provider may log basic technical information (such as IP address and browser type) for security and to keep the site running.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, assess the work, prepare quotes, arrange site visits and carry out and invoice any work you engage us for. We will not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
Where it is stored
Form submissions and uploaded files are received and stored by our website host, Netlify, Inc., which may store data on servers outside Australia (including in the United States). Enquiries are also sent to our business email. We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information only as long as needed to respond and, if you become a customer, for our business and legal record-keeping requirements. Enquiries that do not proceed are deleted within 12 months.
Access and correction
You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us using the details below.
Third-party services
This site links to our Facebook page, which has its own privacy policy. Fonts and other site assets are served from our own website — no third-party trackers are loaded.
